CRISIS MAKE WAY FOR CHOICES

bride
Do not allow crisis to cause you to make wrong choices, choices that will change your future drastically. “Seek ye the Lord while He may be found, call upon Him while He is near, let the wicked forsake his ways and turn unto God who will abundantly pardon.” For only God can empower and enable you, to make wise decisions.

In life we face many challenges, that gives rise for concern and forces us to make decisions, which are often done in haste, and leads to more problems than we can ever imagine. Life calls for many decision making, some of the greatest of these are: choosing a career, marriage, buying a house, life insurance and other investments. All these are important to our quality of life, however they are not the most important decisions we would have made in this life. The most important decision anyone could make, is the acceptance of Jesus Christ as their Lord and Saviour. For this will lead to the ultimate question - where will you spend eternity?

To spend eternity with Christ, we have to be born again. To be born again means to accept Christ as your Lord and be baptized, read his words and allow His Holy spirit to dwell with you. This will enable you to live that overcoming life. The word of God includes the Scriptures of the Old Testament, as well as of the New. One is not complete without the other. Christ declared that the truths of the Old Testament are as valuable as those of the New.

The truth as it is in Jesus, can be experienced by all, if we trust God and ask of Him for wisdom.  Its height and breadth and depth pass our knowledge. However we can trust Jesus to take our minds in control and task our imagination to the utmost, so that we will see the love of God, a love that is as high as the heaven, but so low that it stooped to the earth to stamp the image of God on all mankind.

Let us draw constantly from Christ; He will speak His mysteries to us personally. Take the word of Christ as your assurance. He has promised to save you, trust him to do so.
